Anushka Shah is the Manager for Trade Policy at the U.S.-India Strategic Partnership Forum (USISPF), where she leads the organization’s Trade Taskforce alongside Mark Linscott, Senior Advisor for Trade Policy and former Assistant U.S. Trade Representative (AUSTR). In this capacity, Anushka plays a pivotal role in identifying strategies to strengthen the bilateral trading relationship between the U.S. and India.

USISPF’s Trade Taskforce is dedicated to addressing policy issues that affect industries investing in and exporting to India, analyzing India’s trade policy in the region, and evaluating actions at the WTO concerning U.S. industry concerns. Anushka also spearheads USISPF’s advocacy efforts for the healthcare and food/agriculture sectors, ensuring that these critical industries receive the support they need to thrive.

Anushka recently earned her Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School at Tufts University, with a focus on Technology Policy, International Relations, and Cyber Policy. During her time at Fletcher, she collaborated with Secretary Ash Carter on a project related to the CHIPS and Science Act.

Before her current role, Anushka worked with USISPF’s India office, where she supported members in the food, agriculture, and retail sectors, as well as contributed to cross-sectoral issues and initiatives.
