Shweta Buttan Kathuria is Director, U.S.-India Tax Forum at USISPF. She has over 11 years of experience working in policy advocacy, Government relations and international tax domains. Prior to joining USISPF, She worked with the NASSCOM in the Policy Advocacy and Government affairs team and was a part of the core team dealing with the regulatory and tax issues of the technology sector. She led several projects impacting the overall tax policy framework for the sector. She holds a Charter Financial Analyst qualification from ICFAI University, Hyderabad and Bachelor’s in Commerce (H) from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, Delhi University. She is married and is blessed with a son.
