The Industry Standards Forum, in collaboration with Stock Exchanges, has devised industry standards to verify market rumours, as per SEBI’s Regulation 30(11) of LODR Regulations. These standards will be made available on the websites of the stock exchanges. The requirement applies to the top 100 listed entities from June 1, 2024, and to the next top 150 from December 1, 2024, as specified by SEBI’s circular dated January 25, 2024.
