The Securities and Exchange Board of India has issued a Master Circular for Bankers to an Issue, consolidating all previous circulars and directions under the SEBI (Bankers to an Issue) Regulations, 1994. This Master Circular rescinds all previous related circulars, ensuring that past actions, applications, rights, and liabilities under the rescinded circulars remain valid. Issued under Section 11(1) of the SEBI Act, 1992, this Master Circular as stated aims to provide stakeholders with a single reference point.
