Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw retains charge once again as IT Minister, Minister for Railways and Information and Broadcasting Minister in Modi 3.0 Government, while MoS Jitin Prasada’s first stint

Union Minister for Electronics and Information Technology Ashwini Vaishnaw and his deputy, Minister of State Jitin Prasada, who assumed their posts on June 12, face a significant challenge in shaping regulations to keep pace with the evolving tech landscape in the country. This marks Vaishnaw’s second term as the IT minister, while it is Prasada’s first tenure in the NDA government, although he previously served as a minister of state in the UPA government over a decade ago.
