Siddhartha Anand is a public policy, government relations, and strategic partnerships professional with over 18 years of experience working at the intersection of government, industry, investors, and innovation ecosystems.
As a founding member of the Make in India initiative at Invest India and later as Vice President at Karnataka Digital Economy Mission (KDEM), he worked closely with governments, global corporations, industry associations, startups, and investors to drive investment promotion, policy advocacy, market expansion, and ecosystem development. He also led and contributed to flagship initiatives of the Government of India and the Government of Karnataka, including the India Industrial Land Bank, Project Monitoring Group, Beyond Bengaluru, and the Cluster Seed Fund.
Earlier, he advised over 20 international companies on India market entry and expansion strategies at Tecnova, helping them navigate regulations, establish local operations, and scale their presence in India.
His work is driven by a passion for building partnerships that accelerate investment, innovation, and sustainable economic development. In addition to his work in public policy and economic development, Siddhartha brings entrepreneurial experience and serves as a Strategic Advisor to ventures in architecture, design, social infrastructure, and deep technology through Anandam Designs, Aadi Bhuvika, and JC Capital.
Siddhartha is a graduate of the Manipal Institute of Technology and the School of Inspired Leadership. Outside work, he is an avid planespotter with a keen interest in civil and military aviation, world cinema, and global affairs.
