USISPF in partnership with the Export Control and Border Security Program (EXBS) under the Bureau of International Security and Non-proliferation (State ISN Bureau) at the Department of State organized an international symposium series across New Delhi, Hyderabad, and Ahmedabad. The series touched on the scope of U.S. regulations on critical technologies, with a special emphasis on the semiconductor and space sectors. The symposium was a platform to share crucial industry information, ensure the security of supply chains, discuss the role of export controls and intellectual property in space and semiconductor technology security, and emphasize the importance of compliance. A special focus on India’s emerging space and semiconductor sectors, including academic institutions, research institutions, MSMEs, startups, and relevant government agencies.
