The U.S.-India Strategic Partnership Forum (USISPF) is honored to announce the appointment of Mr. Eugene Willemsen, Chief Executive Officer, International Beverages at PepsiCo to the Board of Directors.
Eugene leads PepsiCo’s international beverages business outside North America, including SodaStream and the company’s Beyond the Bottle platforms, while also overseeing PepsiCo’s foods business in India.
Eugene brings more than three decades at PepsiCo and has built an extensive global leadership career across global markets spanning – Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.
As a veteran of PepsiCo, Eugene’s experience spans commercial transformation, category expansion, franchise development, and large-scale portfolio leadership.

In addition to his corporate leadership roles, Eugene serves on several international advisory councils and boards and is a polyglot with fluency in Dutch, German, English, and French.
