Meaghan is the Director of Defense, Space, Critical and Emerging Technology, and is focused on work aligned with the U.S.-India initiative on Critical and Emerging Technology (iCET).

Most recently, Meaghan worked on Capitol Hill and covered topics in foreign policy, space, and technology, among others. Prior to that, Meaghan worked at IBM in both the federal market and in an internal consulting capacity in both New York and Washington, D.C., and in technology- forward advertising  companies as a strategist.

Meaghan has a bachelor’s degree in religion and politics from Princeton, an MBA from Yale, and a master’s in security studies from Georgetown’s School of Foreign Service. She also served on the board of UNICEF NextGen from 2018-2022.
