Megha Dang joined USISPF in India as an office manager and executive assistant. She has around 2 years of experience in project management in the education sector. Previously, she worked with two national organisations, the National Council for Teacher Education and the National Council for Educational Research and Technology, as a consultant and project fellow for the formulation, implementation, and successful management of various national projects aligned with the New Education Policy 2020.
She also has experience in the research and development of various areas related to policy initiatives and interventions.
She holds a postgraduate degree in linguistics with a specialisation in multilingual education. She graduated with a B.El.Ed. from Delhi University.
